Graduate Support Program
Graduates of the Adelaide Central School of Art Bachelor of Visual Art and/or the Bachelor of Visual Art (Honours) program are eligible to apply for financial assistance to support the development of their artistic careers. In their first twelve months following the completion of study, alumni are able to apply for a Kickstart award to propel them into the visual arts industry; graduates who completed their studies between one and five years ago can apply for a Fellowship to build their skills and industry presence; and for all graduates we offer the Scammells Major Grant, a significant sum of money to undertake an important project. This staggered model allows us to support graduates at various stages throughout their early careers.
For example, if you completed your studies in 2022, you would be eligible to receive:
- One Kickstart Award throughout 2023
- One Fellowship Award between 2024 – 2027
- One Quick Response grant each academic year from 2023 – 2027
- A Scammells Major Grant
Graduates are strongly encouraged to discuss all Graduate Support Program applications with Curator Andrew Purvis or other appropriate ACSA staff member before submitting.
If your institution or business would like to discuss funding or partnering with us with on a new graduate opportunity, do get in contact with Andrew Purvis, or call the School on (08) 8299 7300.
