Thinking Through Drawing is about bending the rules, experiencing breakthroughs and new inventions. The focus of this course is on the immediacy and directness of drawing to generate ideas. Artists Lucy Turnbull and Kelly Reynolds welcome participants who want to develop and expand their drawing practice.
Join us with a sketchbook in hand, to glean, write and draw from your environment utilising pencil, charcoal, ink and collage. These intimate ideas may expand into future projects and new mediums. We will share and exchange ideas about recommended materials, portable studio kit and the role of sketchbooks.
