Thinking Through Drawing and Collage is about bending the rules, experiencing breakthroughs and new inventions. Artists Lucy Turnbull and Kelly Reynolds welcome participants who want to develop and expand their drawing practice.

The focus of this course is on the immediacy and directness of drawing to generate ideas. Join us with a sketchbook in hand, to draw from the environment utilising pencil, charcoal, ink, collage, cut paper and cardboard. These sketches may expand into future ideas, projects and new mediums.

We will share and discuss the role of sketchbooks, recommended materials, and portable studio kits.
