Level – Intermediate
This course (previously called Creative Figure Drawing) is designed to help you extend your figure drawings in new and exciting ways.
Building on the techniques learnt in Figure Drawing Fundamentals, participants will be encouraged to experiment with different materials and approaches to use when drawing people. Some of these approaches will add new levels of realism to your drawings, others will place emphasis on creative freedom and play.
The course will begin with a session working without a live model, generating ideas and surfaces in a range of fun and material based exercises. The following weeks will work from both clothed and unclothed models. Participants will create unique drawings each week and end the course with a series of vibrant and fresh life drawings.
