Adelaide Central Gallery | Opening Tuesday 10 February, 6-8pm
Adelaide Central Gallery presents a new solo exhibition by 2017 BVA (Hons) graduate Jasmine Crisp.
Crisp’s intricate, hyper-detailed, and colourful paintings skillfully enliven the conventions of still-life and portraiture with intriguing narrative elements. This exhibition highlights the way in which contemporary socio-political concerns impact on individuals, depicting people who find themselves caught between competing, often contradictory forces.
